Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 and 14 GDPR
This is a courtesy translation. In case of doubt, the German version is legally binding.
In short: The NextKon information pages are static. They set no cookies, use no analytics or tracking services, create no user profiles and load no content from third-party servers. The only data processed there is the technical access data that inevitably arises when any website is accessed. Only if you voluntarily create a NextKon account do we additionally process your account details and set technically necessary cookies (section 6).

2. Server log files
When you access this website, your browser automatically transmits data to our hosting provider's server, which is temporarily stored in log files: the page or file requested, date and time, amount of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page (referrer) if transmitted, and the IP address of the requesting device.
Purpose: delivery of the website, technical operation, detection and prevention of attacks and malfunctions. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in secure and stable operation. Retention: the log files are deleted automatically after a short period unless, by way of exception, they are needed to investigate a specific security incident. They are not combined with other data sources or analysed for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien MünnichOwner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany
The provider processes the access data listed above on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located in Germany.
4. Fonts
All fonts are served exclusively from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers – in particular not to Google Fonts.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Retention: until your enquiry has been fully dealt with; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
6. NextKon account
At nextkon.de/konto you can create a free account to explore the demos of the NextKon services.
Data: first and last name, organisation and its type, email address, password (stored only as an irreversible hash), optionally phone number and your description of what you are planning, plus the times of creation, confirmation and last login and, if given, your consent to be contacted. To prevent misuse, we log the IP address when an account is created, at login and when the password is changed; this log is deleted after 30 days.
Purpose and legal basis: provision of the account and the demo area and handling of your enquiry about our services (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We will only contact you about our offers by email or phone if you have consented to this when registering or later in your account (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time in your account or informally by email.
Emails: To confirm your address and to reset your password, we send you emails from konto@nextkon.de via our hosting provider's servers (section 3).
Cookies: Only in the account area do we set two technically necessary cookies: nk_csrf (protects forms against misuse, until you close the browser) and, after login, nk_sitzung (keeps you logged in, for no more than 30 days or until you log out). The legal basis is Section 25 (2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG); no consent is required. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Retention: We delete unconfirmed accounts after 7 days. Your account remains until you delete it – which you can do yourself at any time under “My NextKon” – or until we remove it after a long period of inactivity. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected if your enquiry results in an order.
Recipients: Your account details are seen only by the responsible staff of TS Veranstaltungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG. They are not passed on to third parties; the hosting provider processes the data technically on our behalf.
6a. Event enquiries and measuring our advertising
Enquiry form. If you write to us via “Request a quote”, we store your details (organisation, name, email, optionally phone, details of the event, optionally “How did you hear about us?”) to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them once the enquiry is settled and no retention obligation applies, at the latest after three years.
Measuring advertising without cookies. If you arrive via an ad on Google or Microsoft Bing or via a link from one of our letters, the address contains a click identifier (e.g. “gclid”, “msclkid”, “utm_…” or a letter code). A small script on our page passes this identifier along via the links until you create an account or send an enquiry – without a cookie and without storing anything on your device. We store the identifier with the account or enquiry and look up via the Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising interface which ad it belongs to. We do not transmit anything to Google or Microsoft in doing so. The purpose is to see which advertising works (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the identifier after twelve months. You can object (section 8); we will then remove it immediately.
7. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS).
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). An informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg, Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany, baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
9. No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
